Session Disclaimer & Policy

By purchasing and booking a 1:1 strategy session with The Time is YA, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in accordance with California law:

  1. All Sales Are Final
     Once your session is booked, no refunds will be issued. All sales are final.

  2. Scheduling Window
     Your session must be scheduled within 1 week of purchase unless otherwise arranged in writing. Unused sessions after this period will be forfeited.

  3. Rescheduling & Cancellations
     You may reschedule your session with at least 24 hours’ notice using the link provided in your confirmation email.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will be considered forfeited and are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  1. Session Timeframe
     Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, the session will still end as planned. Please come prepared to make the most of our time together.

  2. Nature of Services
     This session is for strategic guidance, insight, and support. Implementation of strategies is your responsibility unless otherwise agreed upon.

  3. No Guarantees
     Outcomes depend on your individual effort, follow-through, and application of the strategies discussed. While we aim to provide clarity and direction, results are not guaranteed.
